The standard
dress-code for the Toastmaster is red tail-coat, black formal trousers,
white Marcella shirt, waistcoat and bow-tie.
However, if you would prefer a truly Scottish Toastmaster, he will offer A
fairly unique alternative in his attire:
Tartan trews with matching bow-tie, Black/Dark Argyll/Mess Jacket, White
Marcella shirt and waistcoat.
If only a ‘drop o’Scotch’ is required, the traditional red outfit can be
enhanced with the addition of a silk tartan sash, supplemented by
hand-made gold/tartan cufflinks and clips, and clan brooch.
For less formal occasions, clients can make their own request for the
Toastmaster / Master of Ceremonies to conduct his role in full Highland
Dress or Dinner Suit.
